				The Brew Kettle Red Eye P.A. Combining the the ultra fruity, citrus hop notes of Simcoe and Summit hops and the caramel/munich malt backbone typical of a Red Ale make this IPA a step "out of the box" compared to typical IPAs. 60IBU 7.0% ABV
				Weyerbacher Insanity Insanity, first released November 2004, is Weyerbacher's latest creation in the world of cutting edge beers. Insanity is made by aging our perfectly balanced Blithering Idiot Barleywine in oak bourbon casks. This incredible combination creates a melange of flavors such as malt, dates, oak, vanilla, and bourbon just to name a few. 11.1%ABV
				Weyerbacher Heresy This is an incredibly intriguing ale is made by aging our Old Heathen Imperial Stout in oak barrels that were used for making fine Kentucky bourbon! The result is an extraordinary, dark, and mysterious stout whose very essence has been enhanced. The aroma is filled with vanilla, cocoa, and roasted coffee beans. This silky-smooth brew has notes of oak, whiskey, roasted barley and vanilla that meld together on the tongue to create an incredible sensation. Heresy is released in February. 8.2% ABV
				Weyerbacher Fireside Ale This fantastic brew began its life as "Charlie", the third installment of the Brewer’s Select Series. It is now part of our seasonal lineup and will be released in the month of January. It is an intricate dark ale with a touch of smokiness. The rich malt flavor, crisp bitterness and smoke reach perfect equilibrium in this brew. At 7.5% abv, Fireside Ale will warm you up as the temperature drops. 7.5% ABV
				Bell’s Consecrator Dopplebock A traditional dopplebock fermented with a Bohemian lager yeast. Reddish brown in color, with a mild hop profile, Consecrator is a well balanced, full bodied beer with hints of caramel and molasses in its smooth, malty finish. 8.0% ABV
				Backburner Barleywine Long ago, British farmhouse brewers made special ales using the first runnings of the mash. These beers, now called barley wine, are brewed in the tradition of days past. At Southern Tier this long awaited brew is placed on the back burner until the start of the new year. Back Burner Barley Wine is a celebration of things to come and things remembered. It’s conceived in three small batches, using voluminous amounts of barley and hops. The process starts early in the morning and ends late into the night. We hope this rare brew reignites your spirit for another trip around the sun. 9.1% abv.
				Southern Tier Gemini High in the winter sky, two parallel stick figures are visible & known as “the twins,” or the constellation Gemini. The astronauts of the 1960s flew as teams of two in a program named after the celestial pairing. At Southern Tier, we have our own fraternal twins, Hoppe & Unearthly. Blended together & placed in this vessel, the mission of our Gemini is to travel high & take passengers on a journey far into the heavens. 9.0% abv

Abita Strawberry Harvest Lager Strawberry Harvest Lager is a wheat beer made with real Louisiana strawberries, picked late in the season when they’re at their sweetest. This brew has earned quite a reputation in a short time, causing the brewery to up their production year after year. When this brew is found, emails and phone calls fly to friends informing them of the store’s location. Strawberry Harvest is a crisp, light lager with just a hint of strawberry sweetness. It is wonderful with desserts or lighter fares such as salads and pastas. Fresh cheeses such as Burrata, chevre, Creszenza, mozzarella or Teleme pair well with Strawberry Harvest. 4.2% ABV
	Otter Creek Solstice Session Ale Solstice Ale is our eclectic brewers’ interpretation of the perfect session ale. Masterful use of ingredients and technique results in a flavorful yet very drinkable ale, an ideal choice for all social situations. 7 different malts provide a rich malty flavor and aroma, golden color, and medium body. Willamette, Cascade and Amarillo hops added to the brew kettle impart mild hop flavor and bitterness while a fragrant hop aroma is due to generous dry-hopping with Amarillo hops. 	Lion Stout The 8.0 per cent abv, bottle conditioned beer is brewed from British, Czech and Danish malts with Styrian hops and an English yeast strain. All the ingredients are transported along precarious roads to the brewery located 3,500 feet above sea level. 8.0% ABV

			Scotch de Silly Scotch de Silly is a top-fermenting hearty Scotch Ale with a smooth, really velvety taste and a hoppy bitterness. It is brewed with pure malt, English hops and some sugars. The Scotch de Silly is red-brown, not too dark, and offers an unusual flavor, typical for this style of beer. There is a long tradition to brew Scotish Style Ales in Belgium. 		Flying Dog Garde Dog “Garde Dog” Biere de Garde is unfiltered with a hazy, deep golden to light copper appearance.
